Macaroni and pasta: avoid whole grain varieties (do not top with spicy or rich sauces)
Smooth peanut butter
Pureed soups WITHOUT milk or cream, clear soups with well cooked vegetables
Yogurt with LIVE CULTURES
White bread, plain rolls, melba toast
AVOID:
citrus fruits and juices MAY cause stomach upset
All mike products EXCEPT yogurt as noted above (including icecream, cheese, milk)
Fried, spicey or greasy foods
Cream sauses and soups

Caffeinated drinks (regular coffee, tea, cola, etc.)
Carbonated beverages
Processed, cured and rich meats or seafood, such as bacon, deviled ham, packaged lunch meats, crab, lobster
Popcorn
Raw vegetables and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage
Fruits with seeds or skins (grapes, apples with skin, raspberries)
